No Guarantee of Outcomes

Participation in services, evaluations, or educational courses does not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment reinstatement, legal decisions, or immigration approvals. Final decisions are made by employers, regulatory agencies, or legal authorities.

Educational Courses & Certificates

Completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of educational courses. Certificates confirm course participation only and do not guarantee Return-to-Duty approval or clearance unless accepted by the appropriate authority.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of professional services and digital course access, refunds are not guaranteed once services have begun or course access has been provided.
